Passport Basics

  • Visit any of the participating brewers and present your passport to secure your sticker from June 1 – October 31, 2021. No purchase required.
  • Mail or drop off your completed passport to the Columbia-Montour Visitors Bureau or the Susquehanna River Valley Visitors Bureau along with your passport owner details and size for your selected River Rat hoodie.

Participating Passport Breweries

The Brew Trail Passport is back with a splash! The 2021 River Rat Brew Trail Passport is bringing you some fun in the sun! This year’s Aloha! State of Mind theme will feel like a walk on the beach with the best cold brews — from your forever favorites to new discoveries.

Statewide mandates in place at our trail breweries require limited capacity for indoor dining and social distancing as well as masks, and guidelines are expected to be followed at all of the trail stops. However, the fun doesn’t have to stop as long as you’re practicing responsibly and safely.

Your passport is valid at all participating venues from June 1 through October 31, 2021, giving you plenty of time to hit all the stops! As you tour each location along the Trail, be sure to claim your passport sticker to verify your visit. No purchase is necessary, but we think you’ll want to try some of the great drafts on tap — you’re a craft beer lover after all! Given the changes our breweries have had to make on the fly as the COVID-19 pandemic has evolved, PLEASE be sure to contact breweries in advance of your visit or check out their social media channels for updated hours, brewery-specific guidelines, and more. We want to make sure your experience is as enjoyable as possible this trip along the trail, so be sure to be prepared.

Along the trail, your passport also allows you to collect an exclusive River Rat Brew Trail Brewer decal at each participating brewery. Plus, if you complete all the brewery stops on your passport, you can mail it in (postmarked no later than November 11) to get an official River Rat Brew Trail hoodie mailed back to you. And if you do turn in your completed passport, you’ll also be entered to win one of several Grand Prize packages, each featuring gift cards from each participating brewery. We know you’ll be in an aloha state of mind in no time! 😎🌊

Note: Passports will begin shipping in early May. Orders may also be purchased at selected brewers when locations are open for in-house visits. Passports must be postmarked by Thursday, November 11 to be eligible for Trail’s final prize and grand prize.

Details

  • Passport owners must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
  • Only one passport per person.
  • No refunds allowed.
  • The information found in the passports are up-to-date at the time of production.
  • Passport owners are encouraged to check brewery websites for the most accurate information regarding hours of operation and phone number.
  • Completed passports must be postmarked by November 11th to be eligible to receive final prizes.
  • Large groups are encouraged to call ahead to the brewery they plan to visit to experience the best customer service.
  • Only the individual passport owner can receive a passport sticker or giveaway at each participating brewery.
  • Multiple passport stickers or prize giveaways will not be provided to an individual on behalf of other passport owners.
